Although the classes are similar, different instructors will run a class differently. Sometimes there’s more technique and skill work, sometimes more pad or bag work but always a smashing workout.
Fight Club
Train as a boxer would, working in 3 minute rounds you will learn footwork, defense, and the art of correct punching, slipping and general boxing technique.
Finish your work out with boxing specific strength exercises.
Suitable for intermediate to advance members, some shadow sparring involved.
Fightfit
This class takes you through all areas of a boxers training routine, learn footwork, punch combinations, skipping routines, and yes, an intense cardio workout to help you move the flab.
Learn the ropes
The emphasis here is on correct technique and learning advanced combinations involving, weaving, slipping, and ducking. This class is not designed for beginners but for intermediate’s who want to start learning more about ringcraft and the sweet science of boxing.
Pad Punishment
A great class to work up a sweat! Some heavy bag work mixed with core strength but mostly you will work on your combinations on the focus pads.
