FIGHTFIT
A PT boxing training session with an experienced fighter is the fastest way to develop boxing skills and fitness. It’s just you and me training one on one focusing on all aspects of boxing conditioning. Train in a premier training venue located in South Melbourne. Sessions incorporate pad work, technique, strength and core exercises. Sessions are tailored to meet fitness levels of males and females of any age.
CHICFIT
Girls, this one is especially for you! Sessions are aimed at reducing fat and tightening up your Thighs, Bum, and Tum! Sessions include boxing conditioning, cardio and specialised resistance exercises to target those problem areas.
LUNCHTIME BOXING BLITZ
This session is designed so that you can slip away at lunchtime for a quick 30 min workout. High Intensity Interval training using boxing conditioning, cardio, and resistance training is designed to achieve maximum results in the shortest time possible.
CORPORATE BOXING BOOTCAMP
An indoor boxing boot camp class is designed to decrease body fat, increase physical and mental health of employees, increase staff energy levels, and increase staff interaction and team building. The classes are physically and mentally challenging where team motivation is extremely important.
